KTZfx Gold EA: the free MT5 gold robot and how to get your copy

Search "free gold EA" and you get two kinds of results: decompiled copies of someone else's bot with the licence check ripped out, and "free trials" that stop working the moment they start winning. Neither is free in any sense that matters. This post explains what KTZfx Gold EA is, why we can hand it out at no cost without a catch, exactly who qualifies, and the checklist we run before we would let it trade our own money.

Why it costs nothing (the honest version)

Brokers pay partners when a trader opens a live account through their link and trades. That partner commission is what funds the EA, the updates and the support behind it. So the deal is simple: open or move a live account through a KTZ partner link with any broker on our list, and the licence is yours. You pay the broker's normal spread and nothing else. There is no premium tier, no "unlock" button and no card field anywhere on the site.

Who qualifies

• You have, or are willing to open, a live account through a KTZ partner link. Demo accounts do not appear in the partner report, so they cannot be verified.
• The account number you submit matches the one the broker shows under that link.
• One licence key per account. Want to run two accounts? Submit twice, one per account number.

Already trading with one of those brokers under a different partner, or with no partner at all? Most brokers let you open a second account inside the same client area and choose the partner at that step. That second account qualifies. Moving an existing account is sometimes possible by asking the broker's support to reassign it, but a fresh account is faster and always works.

The four steps to your licence key

1. Open the account through the partner link and fund it with whatever you plan to trade. Note the account number.
2. Submit the form on the KTZfx Gold EA page: name, email, broker, account number. It takes a minute.
3. We verify by hand. A person checks your number against the partner report, usually within a few hours. You are told either way, by email and on Telegram if you linked the bot.
4. Delivery. You receive the .ex5 file, your licence key and a 24-hour download link, by email and in your Telegram chat. Your status page keeps a copy of the key if you ever lose the message.

Verification is manual on purpose. It keeps fake accounts out, and it means a human answers when something about your application looks unusual.

First-run checklist

The EA is only half of the setup. Every "it does nothing" message we have ever received came down to one of these.

1. Run it on a VPS. An EA trades only while MetaTrader is open. If the laptop sleeps, the bot sleeps. The 20-minute VPS guide walks through it in order.
2. Copy the file to the right folder. In MT5 open File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts, paste the .ex5, restart the terminal.
3. Paste the licence key into the EA input named Licence Key before you attach it to the chart. Use the exact account you registered; the key is bound to that number.
4. Attach it to an XAUUSD chart with algo trading switched on. A smiling face in the corner of the chart means it is live.
5. Size it like gold, not like EURUSD. Gold moves in dollars and gaps overnight. Read why XAUUSD needs different risk settings and the lot-size and drawdown maths before you touch the lot input.

The licence rules, in plain words

• The key works on one live account, the one you registered.
• Do not use the key on a demo account or in the Strategy Tester. It is removed if it shows up there, and a replacement is not guaranteed. Test the settings on demo without the key first, then add the key on the live account.
• If a download link expires, your status page issues a fresh one. Keys never expire on their own.

Questions people ask before applying

Is KTZfx Gold EA really free, or is there a payment later?

It is free. The broker partnership pays for it. There is no payment step on the site, no subscription and no "pro" version.

Which brokers count as a KTZ partner account?

Vantage, XS, XM and Exness, opened through the partner links on the EA page. The list can change; the page always shows the current one.

I already have an account with one of those brokers. Do I have to open another?

Usually yes, a second account under the partner link inside your existing client area. Some brokers can reassign an existing account if you ask their support, but a new account is the reliable route.

Can I test it on a demo account first?

Yes, without the licence key. The key is bound to your live account number and is removed if it is used on demo or in the Strategy Tester.

What happens if verification fails?

You get the reason by email and on your status page, together with the partner links. Open the account through the link, then submit the form again with the new account number.
